Cash-flow Modelling Special Offer Terms and Conditions
The promotion is being run by Omnium Wealth Management, a trading name of Omnium Capital Limited of Bourne House, Queen Street, Gomshall GU5 9LY.
In these terms and conditions “the Client” refers to the person taking advantage of the cash-flow modelling consultation special offer.
The special offer price applies to cash-flow modelling consultations with one of our financial advisers at our offices in Gomshall, Surrey or at an address within Surrey. For Clients living further away telephone consultations maybe offered.
The special offer price applies only to cash-flow modelling consultations booked and taking place between 01 June 2016 and 31 May 2017.
The special offer price applies to both new and existing customers but only to new cash-flow modelling consultations and cannot be applied retrospectively to sessions booked or taking place prior to 01 June 2016.
The special offer price is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Cash-flow modelling is offered as a standalone service and taking up this service does not constitute a client agreement for ongoing services or the provision of investment advice. If the provisions of investment advice and/or ongoing services are subsequently required, then our usual terms of business will apply and a client agreement must be signed by the Client.
Our cash-flow modelling services consists of two meetings: an initial consultation and the presentation of our bespoke report.
Our invoice will be presented on delivery of the services (upon presentation of the report) and is payable on presentation by cheque or electronic transfer. We do not accept payments by cash.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the special offer and these terms and conditions at any time.
All costs quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate.
